Fraxel Restore
Fraxel Restore is a non-ablative skin resurfacing treatment. Fraxel technology consists of an Erbium laser column that stimulates the natural healing process, from the inside out, replacing damaged tissue with younger, smoother, healthier skin. Fraxel® restore can produce significant results for mild to moderately damaged skin (age and sun spots, brown spots) acne scars, surgical scars, and wrinkles around the eyes. The recommended protocol is 5 treatments about every 4 weeks. Downtime is minimal, about 2-3 days of redness.
Fraxel Repair
Fraxel Repair is a more aggressive Fraxel treatment for moderate to severe photodamage. Fraxel Repair can be done on the face, neck, and chest area. This procedure only requires 1 treatment with approximately 1 week of downtime (severe redness of the treated area).
